Fruits and vegetables at Rose Mountain Farm are grown in natural soil. There are no chemicals, pesticides, or herbicides on our farm, nor have there been for the last 20 years. In our conservational and sustainable approach, we use our hens to rid our fields of bugs that may interfere with the produce, as well as natural greenery hedges to prevent large pests,  while using green horse manure to fertilize. We raise tomatoes, peppers, carrots, potatoes, herbs, many varieties of squash, and shiitake mushrooms! Our plants are started here on our farm to ensure quality from the first step in producing the vegetables that you will feed your family.  Our herbs are offered seasonally, and include Oregano, Sage, Cilantro, and Thyme!  These veggies will be available seasonally at the Farm Store and the Farmer's Markets we attend.   We will begin canning and preserving our produce mid-season to provide our customers with the freshest farm-raised fruits and vegetables all year-round.  Check the online store for specials and availability all throughout the growing season.  Sign up for our newsletter to stay up-to-date with our farm, and get great gardening tips for your own garden spot!
