Howdy folks,
This week I would like to encourage and remind all of my customers that the summer produce is coming soon, and I think that all of us need to be preserving, drying, or freezing our extras. Food prices are going to go up, and I hope that your food from the farm will be preserved for your winter diet.
This week at the market there will be fresh pork and chicken from the Hershner farm. I'll have eggs, mustard greens, radishes, onions, turnip greens, lettuce, and a few shiitake mushrooms. Also, fresh basil, dill, oregano, and marjoram.
Please come early, bring a cooler and small bills. I will be processing lamb in August and September.
Baby pigs are here! I have 8 remaining, mostly males. Please email me to get these babies for your farm! ann [at] rosemountainfarm [dot] com
