Farmer's Market list 5-31-08

This Saturday at the Ashe County Farmers Market, I will have fresh pork chops, grilling kabob cuts, sausage, ground pork for burgers, ribs, and unsliced bacon.



I'm cutting apple wood for grilling your favorite pork cuts!



The garden is now producing (in small amounts) leaf lettuce and onions. I have rhubarb in pots for planting at home.


In the near future, I'll have tomatoes, beans, corn, greens peppers, and turnips, which are coming on rather well. I have squash up in many varieties. Keep checking for these in the coming weeks.
