August news letter

Howdy Folks, hope that summer has been good to you all. The gardens are doing well and the tomatoes are in. Thanks to everyone who bought tomatoes. We are hopefull for a good crop of potatos this fall. The apple butter will be ready in October. The hens are molting so the egg production is nill. Hurray! to those of you who bought extra and froze for the winter. ( yes you can freeze eggs out of the shell in a plastic bag) I am looking forward to a good crop of pumpkins and butternut squash.
